She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Delia Partlow and Judge Graham Partlow; her husband John Taylor Foster; her stepson Taylor Foster; her siblings, Dr. Charlie Partlow (Ruth), Peggy Partlow Cameron (Jack) and Elizabeth Partlow Grimes; her aunt Lib Shippen; and her sister-in-law Karen Foster.
