She was predeceased by : her husband Floyd Hawkins; her parents, Decatur Duvall and Ethel Duvall; and her sister Dorothy Jane Moore. She is survived by : her children, Ed Hawkins (Lynn), Wanda Oppenborn (Tod), Donna Wann (Paul) and Alice Tartara (Joseph). She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
