With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Penn of West Memphis, Arkansas, who passed away on October 10, 2020 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, W. M. Dunlap and Elizabeth Dunlap; her husband Harold Penn; her sister Patricia Wallace; her daughter Linnea Perenia; and her brother Lawrence Dunlap.
She is survived by: her siblings, William Dunlap Jr., Marcia Smith and Karen Fox; and her children, Jack Vincent, Ramona Faircloth, Laura Ballard and Andrea Walker.
Roller-Citizens Funeral Home will be following guidelines issued by the Arkansas Department of Health and the CDC regarding COVID-19. Social distancing of at least six feet must be practiced and all funeral attendees must provide and wear their own masks.
