He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Thomas Cassidy; his stepfather Bill Clark; and his siblings, William, Larry Cassidy, Carolyn Earwood, Judy Thomas (Jerry) and Karen Cassidy.
He is survived by: his mother Lillie Cassidy Clark; his wife Lisa; his son Matthew (Aaren); his grandchildren, Ava and Noah; and his sisters, Sherry Rios, Cindy Dabbs (Charlie) and Sandy Ford (Derrick).
