It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Palmer of West Memphis, Arkansas, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on June 16, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Tom C. Palmer and Elaine Palmer; and his siblings, Barbara Ann Palmer and David Palmer. He is survived by : his wife Donna Palmer; his children, Donald Palmer (Betty) and Suzanne Payne (Danny); his grandchildren, Drace Palmer (Cortnii), Thomas Palmer (Stephanie), Bailee Sackville (Mark), Rocky Payne, Christie Hoetger and Michael Payne; and his great grandchildren, Lisa-Faye Palmer, Payton Henley, Ashlee Payne and Koty Payne.
