He was predeceased by: his wife Jean "Nana" Barnes; his parents, Vurnes Barnes and Maidell Barnes; and his brothers, Doyle C. Barnes and Raymond Barnes.
He is survived by: his children, Randall Barnes (Tracy) of Nesbit, MS and Amy Sinclair (Tommy) of West Memphis, AR; his grandchildren, Thomas Sinclair of Arlington, VA, Taylor Wright (Richard) of Marion, AR and Caleb Barnes of Nesbit, MS; his great grandchildren, Wayne of Marion, AR, Brody of Marion, AR, Betty Lou of Marion, AR and Waylon Wright of Marion, AR; his sister Joyce Chandler of Winder, GA.; his close friend Clara Willey of Hernando, MS; Christi Linville of Hernando, MS and Paul Willey (Yolanda) of Cleveland, TN.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
