She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Phipps and Arlene Phipps (Hartford); and her brother Michael Phipps. She is survived by: her siblings, Susan Gregerson, Judy Coleman, Barbara Phipps, Stephen, Andrew and James Phipps. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
