She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Bailey and Florence Webb Bailey (Segars); her stepfather Charlie Penne; and her son Shawn Penn. She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Ashcraft (John); her brothers, Les Bailey and Michael Bailey, Sr. (Judy); her half-brother Lester Bailey, Jr.; her stepbrother Marion Segars, Jr.; her grandchildren, Jennie Ashcraft, Jessica Harper (Colby) and Jacob Penn; and her great grandchildren, Janie Ashcraft and Oliver Harper. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
