She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Thomas and Lillie Mae Jefferson Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Brandon Nelson and Aletha Savage; and her siblings, Jesse Lee Thomas, Kenneth Thomas, Thermon Anderson and Maudester Battles. She is also survived by six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
