He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewie Raymond Brown I and Dessie Mae Williams Brown; his grandparents, Bill, Sophia Brown, Thomas and Mattie Williams; and his sister Ruth Ellen (George Altstatt).
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Raymond Dale of White Hall, AR, Erich of White Hall, AR and Heather (Josh Tittle) of Monticello, AR; and his grandchildren, Hayden, Kylie, Rylan and Baylor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robinson & Fuller White Hall Funeral Chapel (8302 Dollarway Rd, White Hall, AR 71602). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery (1501 W Maryland Ave, North Little Rock, AR 72120).
In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family requests contributions be made to VFW Post 4455 in Pine Bluff, AR.
