He is survived by: his mother Orpha Parker Howard; his wife Donna Stephenson Howard; his children, Caleb (Sirena) and Wrenetta Zobrest (Devon); his brothers, John Howard (Stacy), Carl Howard and Kirk Howard (Jaclyn); and his granddaughter Elina. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and many other family & friends.
