He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Rhoades and Pearl Welch Rhoades; and his siblings, Norma Sanders, Glenda Taylor, Jimmy Rhoades, Shirley Skaggs, Veda Rhoades, Dean Dycus, Linda Harp and James T. Rhoades.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janice Fox (Paul) and Mary Temple (Stanley); his sister Donna Bell; his grandson Patrick Hart; and his great grandchildren, Milo Hart and Magnolia Hart.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 5400 Windham Ave, Pine Bluff, AR 71602. A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
