He is survived by: his daughters, Lydia Lackey (Ben) and Summer Nelson; his stepdaughter Samantha Curz; his brother Tracy Capkanis (Mary); his grandchildren, Austin Martin, Cavin Martin, Denasia Nelson, Bella Cruz and Allie Cruz; his great grandchildren, Layla Martin, Isaac Martin and Iyana Martin; and his faithful mini pen Juju.
