He is survived by: his children, Michael Cope (Linda) of Sheridan, Richard Cope of Clinton, AR, Carolyn Brown of White Hall, Rosemary Roberts (Brad) of White Hall, Esther Cope of White Hall and Elizabeth Cope of White Hall; and his siblings, Joe Cope of Watson and Virginia Fountain of White Hall. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine great children, and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Griffin Funeral Service (811 N Lincoln Ave, Star City, AR 71667). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
