Stuart leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Stuart’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Stuart will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Soffer and Rita Gold Soffer; and his stepson Louis Harsson. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Angela Groff.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery (1501 W Maryland Ave, North Little Rock, AR 72120).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Pine Bluff.
