He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Lively; his children, Randall Lively (Sheila), Jerlynne Armstrong (Scott) and Suzanne Ferrell (David); and his grandchildren, Landon Lively (Lauren), Lauren O'Bryant (Tyler), Lacey Richardson (Brody), Kristen Armstrong, Julianne Armstrong, Chandler Ferrell (Katherine) and Michaelyn Brent (Jack).
