He is survived by: his wife Mary Katherine Murphy Cook; his children, Michael Cook (Kay), Karen Stevens, Tish Mosley (Danny) and Cindy Strange (Herman); and his siblings, Louis, Franklin, Gene, Pete, JoAnn, Sandy, Catherine and Linda. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
