He was predeceased by: his parent Billie Jean Powell Rainbolt; his wife Bonnie Harris Powell; and his grandparents, Virginia "Jean" Story and Robert "R. B." Story. He is survived by: his children, Phillip Powell (Sasha) of Batesville, Larry Cadwell Jr. (Morgan) of Beebe, Arkansas and Laura White (Cody) of Palestine, Arkansas; and his brothers, Jason Stidham (Priscilla) and Timothy Nelms (Mandy). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
