He is survived by: his children, Ashley Nicole Sherrell of Melbourne, Arkansas, Gary Ray Butler of Ash Flat and Michael Wayne Butler of Ash Flat, Arkansas; his mother Irene Butler of Round Rock, Texas; and his siblings, Arlene Ann Reese of Round Rock, Jerry Richard Butler Jr. of Batesville, Tammy Lynn Russell of Cotter and Catherine Ann Butler of Austin. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; one great grandson and a host of other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Williford Cemetery.
