He is survived by: his wife Annie Douglas of Monticello, AR; his children, Jesse Johns of Monticello, AR, Xavier Jenkins (Chrissy), Carolyn Douglas and Anthony Charles Douglas, Jr.; his grandchild Xander Jenkins; his brothers, Michael Douglas (Tonya), James Douglas (Crystal) of Wilmar, AR and Rashad Harper of Spokane, WA; and his nieces and nephews, Franciscus Bell, Christopher Douglas, Jesse Douglas, Isiah Douglas, Jacob Douglas, Jace Douglas of Spokane, WA, Cherish Douglas and Treslynn Douglas of Wilmar, AR. He is also survived by several aunts, uncle, and cousins; and a special friend he considered as a sister and bonus daughter and grandkids he loved.
