She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Penn, Sr.; and her son Steven Penn. She is survived by: her children, Earl Penn, Jr. of Wilmot, AR, James Penn (Stephanie) of Little Rock, AR, Carolyn Penn Flanagan of Bastrop, LA and Karen Steverson of Monroe, LA. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, two great- great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Cromwell Funeral Home, Inc. (600 E St Louis St, Hamburg, AR 71646). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church (431 Sandy Jay Ave, Wilmot, AR 71676).
