She is survived by: her husband Thomas Carter of Wilmot, AR; her children, Lisa Carter Arnold (Jim) of Houston, TX, Twila Head (Randy Head) of Monroe, LA and Mark Carter (Kristi) of Fayetteville, AR; her brother Jim Pilkinton (Twila) of Fayetteville; and her grandchildren, Cameron, Caitlin, Randy II, Sterling, Presley, Norah, Jude and Luke. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
