She was predeceased by: her parents, William Eugene and Willie Lavone Duck; and her brother Johnny Duck. She is survived by: her husband Steve Allen Dawson; her daughter Kimberly Barnes; her stepdaughter Tara Beatty; her grandchildren, Lindie Claire Barnes, Luke Barnes, Lainey Barnes, Megan Beatty and Madison Beatty; her brother Kenneth Duck (Lynn); and her sister-in-law Janie Duck.
