He is survived by: his children, Thomas Horn, Jr. (Beverly) of Winchester, AR, Sandra Horn Chatman (Lloyd) of San Diego, CA, Anthony Horn of Winchester, AR, David Horn (Rosa) of Dumas, AR, Tracy Horn of Little Rock, AR, Kennie Horn of San Diego, CA, Louise Verser Horn of Monticello, AR and Stacey Verser of Jacksonville, AR.; and his siblings, Ernestine Barnes (George) of Reed, AR, Joyce Railey of Winchester, AR, Patricia Sewins of Little Rock, AR, Winston Horn of Orlando, FL, Leo Horn (Joyce) of Little Rock, AR, Rev. Alvertis (Velvert) of Jacksonville, AR. and Anthony Horn of Little Rock, AR. He is also survived by 28 Grandchildren, 31 Great-Grandchildren, over 400 nieces and nephews.
