He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Hackworth and Jenettie Toy Hackworth. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Frankenberger Hackworth; and his stepchildren, Tony Hackworth, Jeffrey Hackworth and Russell Hackworth. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
