He was predeceased by: his parents, John Matthew Talent and Verna Gallager Caldwell. He is survived by: his son Michael Talent of De Queen; his grandchildren, Daniel Lindsey, De Queen, Trista Bailey of Lockesburg, Shennel Deer, Brandon of Dierks and Hunter Funck of De Ridder, Louisiana; his sister Sue Talent of Poteau, Oklahoma; and his nephew Michael Sutton (Crystal Maynard) of Fort Smith. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; one great-great grandson.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wilkerson Funeral Home Inc (403 W Stillwell Ave, De Queen, AR 71832). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Strawn Cemetery.
