He is survived by: his mother Della Norris Crutchfield (Domingo); his wife Gerda Crutchfield; his children, Jennifer McDonald (Burleight) and Christy Crutchfield; his grandchildren, Hunter McDonald, Garrett Bartlett (Lydea Clark), Layne Haralson, Mason Richardson (Sage) and Noah Richardson; his great grandchild Cayden Wayne Jamele McDonald; his sister Rosemary Wilson; his children, Ken Fisher, Parnell Walker, Gary Dunlap, Terry Murphy, Ronald Stigall, Jr., Joe Russell, Peanut Blundell and Jeff Allison; and his pet Jackie J.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, his brothers.
