She is survived by : her sons, Daren Smith (Sonya) and Jason Smith; her granddaughters, Mary Catherine Oliver (Zach), Abigail, Juliette and Katherine Ann Smith; her great grandchild Carlin Faye Oliver; her siblings, Frances Carr (Bob) and Steven Lachowsky (Karen); her close friends, Hope Stone and Cathy Hendricks; and her caregiver Kathy Falcon. She is also survived by Her nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends.
