Though Phyllis may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Phyllis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Leslie Shelton and Mary Evelyn Romack (Bogan); her husband Ronald Williams; her brother Raymond Shelton; her half-siblings, Timothy Shelton and Christy Schwarzkopf; and her great grandchild Zackery Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Curt Williams (Marlene) of El Paso, Russ Williams of Clinton, Arkansas and Laura Williams of Greenbrier, Arkansas; and her niece Connie Lowe (Joe) of Clinton. She is also survived by five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
