It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty G. Hillis of Wynne, Arkansas, born in Marked Tree, Arkansas, who passed away on April 28, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard Thornberry and Julie Thornberry (Davis); her husband Thomas Jefferson Hillis, Jr.; and her sister Charlene Humphrey. She is survived by : her daughters, Kim Fisher (Chuck) of Heber Springs and Karen McClintock (Alan) of Wynne; her sisters, Jeanette Wungluck of Florida and Judy Davis of Illinois; her grandchildren, Chad Fisher, Chase Fisher, Jessica McNatt and Jackson McClintock; and her great grandchildren, Izzy Fisher, Zander Fisher, Carder Fisher, Campbell Fisher, Rayley Fisher, Annie Louise McNatt and Molly McNatt. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
