It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Wayne Rhea of Wynne, Arkansas, born in Jonesboro, Arkansas, who passed away on April 7, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Doc Savage Rhea and Shirley Thompson Rhea. He is survived by: his son Bubba Rhea (Sherry Lynn) of Forrest.
