He is survived by: his children, Bobby Westmoreland, Jr. (Janet) of Wynne, Sandra Jones (Dennis) of Searcy and Joy Tapley (Ron) of Searcy; and his siblings, J. L., Ruby, Linda and Edna. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and several great and great-great grandchildren.
