She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Chappell and Inola J. Knust Chappell; her husband Allen W. Blake; her son Robert Allen Blake; her siblings, Barbara Watson, Ronald Chappell and Larry Kent Chappell; and her sisters-in-law, Valerie Chappell Miller and Betty Lenderman.
She is survived by: her son Anthoney Blake of Wynne; her siblings, Don Chappell of Wynne, Rodger "Butch" Chappell (Cheryl) of Mountain Home and Retta Barr (Jim) of South Carolina; her grandchildren, Dustin Blake (Brianna) of Conway, Heather of Mountain View, Lacy of Mountain View, Joseph of Mountain View, Danielle Mitchell of Cherry Valley and Dawn Beavers of Wynne; and her niece Tina Middleton Adams (Kevin) of Jonesboro. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
