He was predeceased by: his parents, James Martin and Linda Sue Slocum Moore. He is survived by: his son Keaton Johnson of Fayetteville; and his siblings, Scott Moore (Donna) of White Hall and Suzanne Harrell (Lonnie) of Pea Ridge. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Coach Moore's family ask that donations be made to the "Coach Leemo Scholarship Fund." at Cross County Bank.
