He was predeceased by: his parents, Laverne Duncan and Palmer; his brothers, Larry, Tommy, Steve, Brian and James Barry Duncan; and his granddaughter Erica Lynn Ball.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda Duncan (Baldwin); his children, Jeff Duncan (Rob) of Jacksonville, Barry Eppes of Wynne, Stephanie Ball (Eric) of Wynne, Cyndi Biggs (Dustin) of Cabot and Billie Harrell (Mike Hamrick) of Wynne; his siblings, Gary Duncan of Conway and Delores Hale of Wynne; his grandchildren, Chris Ball (Katelyn) of Bentonville, Aaron Ball (Alyssa) of Wesley, Kayleigh Clark (T. J. Keeling) of Forrest City, Lexie Sutton (Gatlin) of Harrisburg and Gunner Harrell of Wynne; his great grandchildren, Landon Ball, Eli Ball, Reece Andrews and Casen Clark; and his grandson Ryno Rix of South Africa. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
