He is survived by: his wife Louise West Taylor; his children, Clark Taylor of Colt, Jenny Vandiver (Kevin) of New Castle, Susan Dooley (Carter) of Wynne and Haddie Taylor of Wynne; and his grandchildren, James, Charles, Taylor, Annabelle, Leo, Addyson, Brayden and Quentin.
