He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert L. Mitchell Sr. and Mary Lou Shirley Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Jean Mitchell of Wynne; and his brother Jerry Bob Mitchell (Rose) of Wynne.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kernodle Funeral Home (315 E Union Ave, Wynne, AR 72396). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at the Harris Chapel Cemetery (82 Co Rd 720, Wynne, AR 72396-8027).
