She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Willard Woods and Odie Delilah Mayberry Woods (Jimmy Mays); her daughter Melissa Lynn Mays; and her brothers, Robert Verlon Woods, James Howard Woods and Michael Edward Woods.

She is survived by : her son Jimmy Eugene Mays of California; her granddaughter Sierra Richardson of California; and her brother Ricky Lynn Woods of California.
