It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Charles Hess Sr. of Wynne, Arkansas, who passed away on March 10, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Valentine Hess and Mamie Dubois Hess; and his grandchild Brooke Elyce Hess. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Barnett Hess; his children, Richard Hess, Jr. (Donna) of Wynne and Bridgette Ungerank (Greg) of Wynne; his sisters, Dorothy Boeckmann of Wynne and Jean Hess of Clinton; his grandchildren, Lauren Barone (Joseph), Allen Ungerank (Destiny) of Jonesboro and Ally Stephens (Cole) of Wynne; and his great grandchild Jaden Cottingham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to St. Peter's Catholic Church or to St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital.
