She was predeceased by: her parents, William Earl and Mabel Louise Cook (Eldridge); her brother William Ray Cook; her grandson Brandon Collins; and her great grandchild Owen Collins.

She is survived by: her daughters, Gretchen Baker (Rickey) of Parkin and Edith Miller (Kevin) of Wynne; her grandson Steven Collins of Hardy; and her great grandchildren, Everett, Balin, Ashley, Lacy and Steven. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
