In the vast expanse of eternity, Shorty shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Shorty farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmadge C. Ward and Elizabeth Lula Ward (Balentine); and his brothers, Roy, Jaron, Leo and Jimmy Ward.
He is survived by: his brother Coy Ward of Vanndale; and his close friend Justin Culver. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thompson-Wilson Wynne Funeral Home (2642 US-64, Wynne, AR 72396). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 3:00 PM.
