She was predeceased by : her parents, Loas Webster (Billy James Mitchell, Sr.) and Robert Webster; and her siblings, Carolyn Lowe, Robert Webster, Martha Johnson, Bill Webster, Charles Webster and Rex Webster.

She is survived by : her husband Billy James Mitchell, Sr.; her children, Billy Mitchell, Jr. (Connie) of Wynne and Robin Bethell (Bob) of Wynne; her siblings, Mary Blackwell of Wynne, Ruth Sisk of Huntsville, Laquita "Sissy" Hill of Wynne, Dena Allen of Wynne and Mike Webster of Cabot; her grandchildren, Forrest Paul Mitchell, James Walker Mitchell, Robert Dailey Bethell, III, Jacob Christian Bethell, Riley Stone Bethell and Anna Claire Bethell; and her great grandchildren, Owen Paul Mitchell, Eli Forrest Mitchell and Archie Stone Mitchell.
