He is survived by: his wife Diane Forrester; his children, Jerry Forrester (Sharon) of Jonesboro, Lacy Thomas Forrester Jr. of Wynne, Chris Forrester (Christina) of Jonesboro and Miranda Green (Zach) of Palestine; his siblings, David Forrester (Annette) of Heber Springs, Bobby Forrester (Kay) of Vanndale, Terry Forrester (Lisa) of Heber Springs and Linda Crumley (Danny) of Heber Springs; and his grandchildren, Brett, Brittany, Jesse, Jake, Neely, Nathan, Lacy Nevaeh, Mark, William, Hailey, Ryan, Connor, Aleiya, Zeke, Elisabeth, Emma and Emberlynn. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
