He was predeceased by: his wife Deborah Campbell; and his mother Helen Jones. He is survived by: his significant other Jan Godat; and his children, Jerry Campbell Jr. of Yellville, Lezlie Richards (Brett) of Bargersville and Deana Campbell (Jim) of Mountain Home, Arkansas. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
In place of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to Hospice or New Hope Baptist Church-two sources of support and comfort that meant a great deal to Jerry.
