He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Charlene Weaver; and his stepmother Connie Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Weaver; his children, Cody Weaver and Mattie Whittle (Casey); his father Jeff Weaver; his stepmother Diane Weaver; his siblings, Shawna Webb, Monty Grayson, Tawnya Weaver and Chelsea Weaver; and his stepbrothers, Nathan Criner and Chris Criner. He is also survived by many other family members, friends.

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Pine Grove Cemetery (Co Rd 8001, Arkansas 72687).
