She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Houston Phillip of Oakland, Arkansas and Hannah Ann Duggins of Flippin; her son Hal Gene Mitchner; and her grandsons, Adam Christopher Hurst and Thomas Travis Mitchner.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Mitchner (Anita) of Mountain Home, Jan Layton (Terry) of Flippin, John Campbell (Carla) of Mountain Home, Nikki Swan (Guy) of Flippin, Karen Mitchner (Mark) of Amarillo and Becky Sue Carson of Flippin. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family and dear friends.
