She was predeceased by: her father Lester Rowell; and her sister Teresa Cole. She is survived by: her mother Mary Rowell; her husband Paul Dawson; her children, Patrick Reed (Latasha) of Gautier, Michael Dawson of Yellville, Arkansas, Angel Goodman of Oklahoma City and Brandie Lavy of Yellville, Arkansas; and her siblings, Lester Rowell Jr. of Gulfport, Mississippi, AJ Rowell of Gulfport, Mississippi and Barbara Weatherford of Long Beach, Mississippi. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
