She is survived by: her husband Garland Hurst; her sons, Rick Hurst (Suzanne) of Flippin, Arkansas and Terry Hurst of Flippin, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Sandy Garrison (Scott) of Flippin, Derrick Hurst (Tanea) of Ozark, Angie Wagoner (J. L.) of Flippin and Tommy Hurst (Tanessa) of Flippin, Arkansas; her great grandchildren, Tyler Garrison (Kayla), Ashlynn Hurst, Gage Wagoner, Grayden Wagoner, Eric Hurst, Coraline Hurst and Henry Hurst; and her great great grandchildren, Bella Garrison, Elaina Garrison and Canaan Garrison. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
