He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Kim Basile (Jim) of Anthem and Jeff Donegan (Julie) of Cave Creek, Arizona.; and his grandchildren, Emily Mast (Jordan), Hannah Kowitz (Jordan), Josh and Will Donegan.
