She is survived by: her husband Calvin Schell; her daughters, Chrissy Nelson (Pat Bieber) of Bismarck, Melissa Stroklund of Bismarck and Rebecca Schell of Bismarck; her grandchildren, Jessica Hogue (Michael) of Grand Forks, Kevin Bontrager II of Fenton, MI, Isaac Schell of Rochester, MN and Kayden Stroklund of Bismarck; and her sister Sharon Sparks of Federal Heights, CO..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the House of Prayer Lutheran Church (1470 S Washington St, Bismarck, ND 58504). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery (1825 46th St, Mandan, ND 58554).
Per her wishes, her body was donated for Parkinson's Reasearch hoping that someday soon there will be a cure.
